Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:

  • All returns must be in original condition with tags attached
  • We cannot accept returns on final sale items
  • Swimwear (except wetsuits) must have the hygienic liner intact for returns

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Wetsuits (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Used or damaged merchandise
  • Items without original tags

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 1-2 business days along with return instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Return

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time

Exchanges

For size exchanges:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. In your return request email, clearly state you’d like an exchange and specify the new size/color desired
  3. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  4. If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
  5. If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency exchange rates

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect
  2. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  3. In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item
