Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

International Customers Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Quiksilver gear! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Wetsuits (all types)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Used or damaged merchandise
  • Items without original tags
  • Swimwear without intact hygienic liners (except wetsuits)

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 1-2 business days along with return instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Return

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For international returns, you are responsible for all shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time

Exchanges

For size/color exchanges:

  • If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items
